Q1: Can I get samples from your factory?
A: Yes, sample testing are available. Sample cost is need to charge, and once order confirmed, we will refund sample payment.
Q2: If products have some quality problem, how would you deal with?
A: We will responsible for all the quality problems.

A: For Sample order, it need 2-3 days. For mass production order, it needs around 30 days depends on the order requirement.
